We accept personal checks or cash at the time of service, except for in-home euthansias which require credit card payment prior to visit.

Office Visits

Initial Consult: includes TCVM exam, veterinary record review, food therapy discussion: $210.00; with Functional Osteopathy: $275.00, with Acupuncture: $310.00, with both Acupuncture & Functional Osteopathy: $330.00.

Follow-up Treatments: Level 1 = simple follow-ups that require minimal research & discussion; Level 2 = more in-depth follow-ups that require more research, medication changes and additions, more discussion. Please note that levels may change from appointment to appointment, depending on how your pet is doing.

Follow-up Acupuncture Treatment: Level 1: $130.00, Level 2: $175.00

Follow-up Functional Osteopathy only: Level 1: $85.00, Level 2: $130.00

Follow-up Acupuncture + Functional Osteopathy: Level 1: $185.00, Level 2: $230.00

Herbal Therapy and other medications: dependent on price of prescribed therapies.

In-Home Euthanasia for CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY: $300.00.

Travel Charges from Egremont, MA for In-home Euthanasia: 1-20 miles: $55.00, 21-30 miles: $80.00, 31-40 miles: $105.00, >40 miles please contact us.

In-Office Euthanasia: $250.00

Individual Cremation: < 21lbs = $183.00, 21-45lbs = $203.00, 46-100lbs = $217, >100lbs = $230.00.

Communal Cremation: $91.00

Ceramic Paw Print: $88.00 (please visit Final Gift Pet Memorial Center at https://www.finalgift.com for additional remembrance choices).
